NeoCEO Marketplace

Updated

The Marketplace is a short, reviewed list of things you can add to NeoCEO: connectors to other tools and ready-made automations. Each item says, in plain words, what data it reads and what it may do before you install it. Nothing installs from a link, and you need a NeoCEO account to install anything.

The Marketplace is rolling out, so it may not be switched on for every account yet. Where it is on, you find it in Settings, under Marketplace.

Connectors

Connect a tool you already use. You sign in with that tool; NeoCEO never sees its password.

Automation templates

A ready automation that runs on the engine NeoCEO already has. You fill in its short settings form and tick a consent sentence before it turns on.

How install works

  1. Sign in to NeoCEO and open Settings, then Marketplace.
  2. Choose Install on this item and fill in its short settings form.
  3. Read the consent sentence NeoCEO shows, tick it and confirm. Without the tick nothing is installed.
  4. It appears as an automation on your Automations page. Uninstall it from Marketplace and that automation is deleted.

Questions

What is the NeoCEO Marketplace?

It is a short, reviewed list of things you can add to NeoCEO from inside the app: connectors that link another tool, and ready-made automation templates. Every item is written by the NeoCEO team and checked before it is listed; nothing installs from an arbitrary address. Each item states in plain words what data it reads and what it may do, and you see that before you install. You need a NeoCEO account to install anything.

Is the Marketplace free?

There are no per-item fees. Items are included in your plan up to its limits: connected-app calls per month for connectors, and active automations for templates. NeoCEO has a Free plan that needs no card, and the paid plans raise those limits; the pricing page lists them. The Marketplace is rolling out, so it may not be switched on for every account yet.

Can an item send email or change my data on its own?

No. Reading can run on its own, but sending an email, changing a record or deleting anything waits for your explicit confirmation, for connectors and templates alike. A template that involves email only prepares a draft, and the email leaves only when you press Send on its card. Each item page describes exactly what that item may do.

How do I uninstall something?

Open Settings, then Marketplace, and remove the item. Disconnecting a connector revokes the access it was given and deletes its stored tokens. Uninstalling a template deletes the automation created for it. Nothing keeps running after you remove an item, and every install and removal is written to an audit record.
