Each incoming email from Gmail or an IMAP account becomes a triage card: needs reply, urgent, task, meeting or deadline, with a suggested project. You file it as a task in one tap, or ask for a reply. Two opt-ins bring NeoCEO closer to what Fyxer does inside your inbox: Gmail labels (NeoCEO/Needs reply, NeoCEO/Urgent and so on, nothing moved or archived) and reply drafts in your style, saved to your Drafts folder for urgent and needs-reply mail, up to 25 a day. Drafts are never sent on their own.
Priorities: what needs you today
One ranked list brings together the replies you owe, mail you sent that got no answer after three days, tasks due today or overdue, and, if you switch it on, promises you made in your own sent mail ("I'll send the contract by Friday"). The same list feeds your daily briefing.
Meetings that end in tasks, not just notes
Google Meet transcripts are picked up automatically from your Google Drive. For any other call, upload the recording (MP3, M4A, WAV and other common formats, up to 500 MB) or a text transcript. You get speaker labels, a summary and action items. Nothing becomes a task or CRM note until you review it, and the recap email goes to all or selected participants only after your OK. Tasks, projects and a CRM next to your inbox
Projects keep their own instructions and files. Tasks pulled from email, chat and files land on the right board, can be linked to a CRM contact and get reminders. The CRM tracks contacts, deals and calls, warns you when a deal in proposal or negotiation has gone quiet for two weeks, and briefs you on the attendees 15 minutes before a meeting.
Telegram, the web and ChatGPT
Use NeoCEO from a Telegram chat or the web dashboard (same conversation, same memory), or connect the NeoCEO app inside ChatGPT. A daily briefing arrives on Telegram and in the app.

Where Fyxer is stronger
- Outlook and Microsoft 365. Fyxer supports them; NeoCEO does not. If your company mail runs on Microsoft 365, this decides it.
- Certifications and data location. Fyxer lists SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and CASA Tier 2, and says it stores and processes data in the EU/EEA. NeoCEO has not published third-party certifications.
- A meeting bot. Fyxer takes notes in Google Meet, Teams and Zoom calls. NeoCEO works from Meet transcripts and uploaded recordings.
- A free plan and more languages. Fyxer has a free tier with credits and supports about 45 languages; NeoCEO starts with a 14-day trial and speaks English, Romanian and Russian.

Fyxer alternative: questions
Is NeoCEO a good Fyxer alternative if I use Outlook?
Not today. NeoCEO connects to Gmail through Google sign-in and to any mailbox that supports IMAP/SMTP, but Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts are not supported. If your company mail runs on Microsoft 365, Fyxer or another tool with Microsoft sign-in is the better fit for now. If you have a mix, for example a Gmail account plus a mailbox at your hosting provider, NeoCEO can triage both in one list and reply from the right address.
Does NeoCEO write drafts in my style, like Fyxer?
Yes, if you switch it on. With drafts in your style enabled, NeoCEO writes a reply to each email triaged as urgent or needing a reply, based on a short profile of how you write that it builds from your recent sent mail. The draft is saved in your Drafts folder in Gmail or your IMAP mailbox, up to 25 a day. You can also ask for a draft at any time in chat. Drafts are never sent on their own: sending is always your action.
Can NeoCEO record Zoom or Teams meetings?
It does not join calls as a bot. Google Meet transcripts are picked up automatically from your Google Drive, and for any other call you upload the recording or a text transcript afterwards. NeoCEO then gives you speaker labels, a summary and action items to review before anything is saved. A phone recorder app for in-person meetings and calls is coming soon. If a bot that joins every Zoom and Teams call is a must-have, Fyxer covers that today.
How does NeoCEO pricing compare with Fyxer?
NeoCEO costs €14, €27 or €42 per seat per month on yearly billing (€17, €32 or €50 monthly), Team from three seats, with no usage credits; each plan lists its limits, such as mailboxes and meeting minutes. As of October 2026, Fyxer lists a free plan with 400 credits, Pro at $37 per seat per month billed yearly ($49 monthly) and Team at $64 ($99 monthly). The prices are in different currencies, and taxes are added at checkout.
Is my email safe with NeoCEO?
Sending an email, changing a CRM deal or a calendar event, or deleting data waits for your confirmation. The one exception is an automation you switch on yourself with a consent checkbox, and it sends only what it describes, within a daily cap. Each account is isolated at the database level, IMAP passwords are encrypted at rest, and your conversations are not used to train our models. Can I try NeoCEO without cancelling Fyxer?
Yes. The 14-day trial needs a card, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. Both assistants can read the same Gmail account. NeoCEO only adds its own labels if you switch that option on, and it doesn't move or archive mail unless you ask. That makes a side-by-side week a fair test: see which one surfaces what needs you, and whether you use the tasks, meeting and CRM side.
