The Kinso alternative for email, meetings and the work that follows
Updated
NeoCEO is an AI chief of staff for founders and small teams, and a Kinso alternative for people whose work runs through email and meetings. It triages Gmail and any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, drafts replies in your style, turns meetings into reviewed action items, and keeps projects and a CRM beside your inbox. Nothing is sent without your OK.
The short answer
Kinso (kinso.ai, sometimes searched as "Kenso AI") promises "one inbox, every conversation": email and chat messages from several apps in one prioritized feed, with replies drafted in your style. If your conversations are spread across chat apps and you want them all in one place, that is what Kinso is built for, and NeoCEO is not.
NeoCEO is the better Kinso alternative when:
- Your important conversations happen by email, possibly across several mailboxes, including a custom domain that is not on Gmail.
- You want what comes after the message: meeting transcripts, tasks on project boards, a CRM pipeline and follow-up automations, in the same tool.
- You want to sign up today at a published price, not join a waitlist.
- You work as a team: NeoCEO has a Team plan from three seats.
- You work in Romanian or Russian as well as English.
Who NeoCEO is for
Founders, CEOs, agency owners and small teams who live in email and meetings and keep losing track of what they promised to whom. You ask in plain language, in the web dashboard, on Telegram or in ChatGPT, and NeoCEO shows you what it is about to do before it does it.
What NeoCEO does
Email triage across every mailbox
New mail from Gmail and IMAP accounts is checked every 15 minutes. Mail that needs you becomes a card (needs reply, urgent, task, meeting or deadline) with a suggested project; newsletters and notifications get no card. One tap files a card as a task. Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts are not supported. Details on the AI email triage page and the unified inbox page.
Drafts in your style, sent only by you
Switch on drafts in your style and NeoCEO writes a reply to new urgent or needs-reply emails, based on a short profile of how you write, and saves it to your Drafts folder, up to 25 a day. Replies you ask for in chat are shown to you first and sent only when you confirm.
Priorities and a morning briefing
One ranked list holds the replies you owe, mail you sent that got no answer after three days, tasks due today and, if you switch it on, promises from your own sent mail. It opens your daily briefing in the app, and on Telegram if you switch Telegram notifications on.
Meetings that end in tasks
Google Meet transcripts are picked up from your Google Drive, and any other call can be uploaded as a recording. You get speakers, a summary and action items to review, then a recap email that goes out only after your OK. See the AI meeting recorder page.
Projects, tasks and a CRM
Tasks from email, meetings and chat land on the right project board, linked to CRM contacts and deals. NeoCEO warns you when a deal goes quiet and briefs you on attendees 15 minutes before a meeting.
Telegram, voice notes and ChatGPT
Talk to NeoCEO from the Telegram bot, including by voice note, from the web dashboard, or from the NeoCEO app inside ChatGPT. Same memory everywhere.

Where Kinso is stronger
- Chat apps in the same inbox. Kinso brings Gmail together with WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn and Instagram messages. NeoCEO covers email only and does not connect any of those apps.

- Contact-level context. Kinso groups conversations by topic and shows the history with each contact across channels, and drafts per contact.
- A voice interface for talking to your inbox. NeoCEO accepts voice notes on Telegram, which is narrower.
- Unlimited accounts at one price, according to a founder statement reported by a reviewer. NeoCEO plans include two or five mailboxes.
Where NeoCEO is stronger

Kinso alternative: questions
Is NeoCEO a good Kinso alternative if I mostly use chat apps?
Probably not. NeoCEO is built around email: Gmail and any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, plus meetings, tasks and a CRM. It does not pull in messages from chat or social apps, and its Telegram bot is a way to talk to your assistant, not a feed of your Telegram chats. If most of your important conversations happen outside email, a multi-channel inbox such as Kinso fits that better. If email and meetings are where the work is, NeoCEO covers more of what happens after the message.
How does NeoCEO pricing compare with Kinso?
NeoCEO publishes its prices: €14, €27 or €42 per seat per month on yearly billing (€17, €32 or €50 monthly), Team from three seats, with a 14-day trial that needs a card. As of October 2026, Kinso has no public pricing page; a third-party review reports a single tier at $59 a month, invite-only, with a card-required trial of undocumented length. The prices are in different currencies, and taxes are added at checkout.
Does NeoCEO write replies that sound like me?
Yes, if you switch drafts in your style on. NeoCEO builds a short profile of how you write from your recent sent mail (greetings, sign-off, length, tone, and habits per language) and uses it for every draft. With the option on, it writes a reply to new urgent or needs-reply email and saves it in your Drafts folder, up to 25 a day. You can also ask for a draft in chat at any time. Drafts are never sent on their own: sending is your action.
Can I sign up for NeoCEO right away?
Yes. There is no waitlist or invite. Start the 14-day trial, connect Gmail with Google sign-in or any other mailbox with its IMAP/SMTP settings, and NeoCEO starts triaging new mail within about 15 minutes. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Linking Telegram, Google Calendar and Google Meet transcripts takes a few more minutes, and each of these is optional. You can run NeoCEO next to your current tools for a week before deciding.
How does NeoCEO handle my data?
Sending an email, changing a CRM deal or a calendar event, or deleting data waits for your confirmation, except for an automation you switch on yourself with a consent checkbox, which sends only what it describes within a daily cap. Each account is isolated at the database level, IMAP passwords are encrypted at rest, and your mail and conversations are not used to train our models. The privacy policy explains what we store and how to delete it.
