A daily briefing on Telegram and in the app lists today's meetings, tasks due today, and the top items that need you, such as replies you owe or a promise from your sent mail. Fifteen minutes before each meeting you get a short brief on the attendees from your CRM and recent email.
During the day
New mail is triaged into cards (needs reply, urgent, task, meeting, deadline). You ask on Telegram, "reply to Dana that we can ship Friday", check the draft and confirm. After a call, the Google Meet transcript or your uploaded recording becomes a summary and action items; you approve the ones that matter and they land on the right project board.
Wrapping up
Sent mail that got no reply after three days moves up your priorities, and an optional follow-up automation drafts the nudge for you to confirm.

AI chief of staff, human assistant or a single-purpose tool?
A good human executive assistant brings judgment, relationships and the ability to pick up the phone. No software replaces that. What an AI chief of staff does well is the high-volume, always-on part: it reads every email, never forgets a promise in a sent message and writes up the meeting while you walk to the next one. What is an AI chief of staff?

How is it different from an AI email assistant?
An AI email assistant works inside the inbox: it sorts mail and drafts replies. An AI chief of staff starts there and follows the work out of the inbox. In NeoCEO, a client email can become a task on a project board and a deal update in the CRM; a meeting becomes reviewed action items and a recap email; and a promise you made in a sent message shows up in your priorities until you mark it done. If email is your only bottleneck, a pure email assistant may be enough.
Will NeoCEO act on my behalf without asking?
Not for anything that matters outside NeoCEO. Sending an email, changing a CRM deal or a calendar event, or deleting data is shown to you first and only runs when you confirm. Tasks you ask for are created straight away, since you can edit or remove them at any time. The one exception is an automation you switch on yourself with a consent checkbox, for example a follow-up for unanswered mail; it sends only what it describes, to its recipients, within a daily cap. Drafts saved to your Drafts folder are never sent on their own.
