Using NeoCEO in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Apps, find NeoCEO and choose Connect. Sign in to your NeoCEO account and approve access. ChatGPT can then answer from your NeoCEO tasks, calendar events, CRM contacts and deals, and the email NeoCEO has indexed, and it can draft reminders that are saved only after you confirm. It cannot send email or delete anything.

Disconnecting

Revoke access at any time in NeoCEO under Settings → Connected apps; it takes effect immediately. You can also remove the app in ChatGPT's settings. Changing your NeoCEO password disconnects every connected app.

Troubleshooting

• ChatGPT asks you to sign in again: your connection was revoked or expired — connect again from ChatGPT.
• Email search finds nothing: connect a mailbox in NeoCEO first; new messages become searchable once NeoCEO has indexed them.
• Something else: email us when it happened and what you asked; never send passwords.
