Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of NeoCEO ("the Service"), operated by ELERMOND STUDIO SRL ("we", "the company"), headquartered in the Republic of Moldova. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the service

NeoCEO is a conversational executive assistant that helps manage email, calendar, tasks, reminders and a simple CRM pipeline, accessible via Telegram and a web dashboard.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account.
• You can notify us at any time at privacy@neoceo.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Actions with real effect

Any irreversible action or one with an effect outside the Service (sending an email, deleting a message, a change in the CRM) is presented to you for explicit confirmation before execution. You are responsible for the content of the actions you confirm.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
• Sending spam or abusive content through the Service's email/Telegram features.
• Attempting to access other users' data or compromise the security of the Service.
• Automated/abusive use that exceeds the reasonable usage limits set for your account.

5. Connected third-party accounts (Google, Telegram, others)

Connecting Gmail, Telegram or another email account via IMAP/SMTP is optional and done at your own risk, subject to that provider's own terms and policies. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from the Service Settings, or revoke access directly from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

6. Availability and limits

The Service may apply usage limits (number of messages, language-model calls, etc.) to maintain stability and operating costs. We reserve the right to modify these limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

NeoCEO's code, design and trademark belong to ELERMOND STUDIO SRL. The data and content you enter (emails, messages, CRM data) remain yours — the Service only processes them to deliver the functionality you requested, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ELERMOND STUDIO SRL is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profit resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including actions executed as a result of a confirmation you granted.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account that violates these terms or the acceptable use described above.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as an EU resident under your local consumer-protection legislation.
